Mayor's Appeal, Nuneaton & Bedworth, 2006/2007

People in Action is pleased to announce that on Thursday, 18th May 2006 the newly elected Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth, Councilor Julie Jackson announced that People in Action will be the charity for the 2006-2007 Mayor’s Appeal.

All the staff and service users at People in Action would like to thank the Mayor for choosing us as her charity for the Mayor’s Appeal. The funds that we will raise over the coming year will help us in purchasing much needed items such as sensory and computer accessibility equipment, provide training for our service users in areas such as ICT and help us to develop new programs. We look forward to a successful fundraising year, but also to having a lot of fun at all the upcoming events around Nuneaton and Bedworth.
