People in Actions AGM was held at the Mayor’s Café in the Miners Welfare Park on Tuesday 6th October 2015.

PIA @ Gardeners World Live!

People in Action were part of the Plant Heritage stall this year at the Gardeners World Live 2015 which was held at the NEC in Birmingham. One of the highlights of the gardeners’ calendar, the event attracts people from far and wide. We were at the event from Thursday 12th June – Sunday 14th June showcasing our projects, talking to people and promoting our horticultural therapy nurseries!

For the second year running People in Action sponsored the Leamington Peace Festival. The peace festival is an event run by volunteers giving up their time for their community and we as a community based charity were pleased to support them. Well done to all the volunteers involved as it takes a lot of planning and hard work to hold an event like this!
