People in Action would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year!
The annual Bedworth Armistice day Parade took place on Wednesday the 11th November 2015 to remember the fallen and commemorate the signing of the Armistice to end the First World War. The Town was full of residents and Military personnel. The weather held off and the Bishop of Coventry led the service to hundreds of people from the War Memorial at the Coventry Road Cemetery.
Diwali the festival of lights was celebrated at the Mayor’s Café with a special themed menu. The Café’s meal of the day was a 'Diwali Thali’ which included a selection of curries, salad, chapatti, spring rolls and rice. We think Richard, Narinder and Ramandeep really got into the spirit of things by dressing up in traditional outfits, they looked Fab!
On Saturday 28th November 2015 there will be an Arts and Crafts Fair taking place at the Mayor's Cafe in Bedworth! There will be plenty on offer for members of the public including: Water Painting, Seasonal Plants, Children's Activities such as Making Christmas Decorations and Hand made Knitted Crafts!

People in Actions AGM was held at the Mayor’s Café in the Miners Welfare Park on Tuesday 6th October 2015.
The Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth, Councillor Barry Longden attended the meeting as well as local Councillors Julie Jackson and Bill Hancox.
