Our Services

Services from People in Action

Traditionally, we have supported individuals with a Learning Disability. However, our person-centred approach means that we are can and will work with anyone we think we can help.  We offer a range of services and facilities which enable us to support:

  • Those going through transition
  • Complex Needs
  • Challenging Behaviour
  • Autism
  • Dementia
  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Mental Health

We provide the following support services:

  • Supporting individuals to live in their own home / shared home
  • Day Opportunities, including Horticultural Therapy
  • Residential Care
  • Residential Assessments

We believe that everyone has the right to receive care and support that is best suited to their needs and circumstances.

We will work with you to plan your care and support so you get the most out of your care budget and help you find the best people to provide it.

Although we strive to provide high quality care and support, we believe that this is no substitute for real relationships with friends and family and we will work with you to develop and maintain these very important connections
