will always be taken into account, in order to be sensitive to the feelings
and requirements of any service user.

available to service users to enable them to maximise their rights and to make
informed choices. This means access to their own files and the advised option
to attend meetings which may concern them.The confidentiality and protection
of a service user's private and personal information.

freedom and responsibilities of the individual. People in Action promote the
values of fulfillment, dignity, individuality, emotional experience, choice,
privacy and assessed risk taking.
Contracts & Finance. People in Action seek to provide competitive,
value for money services, that are financially viable. All services uphold high
standards for recording and protection of the service users financial interests.
Complaints Procedure. The right to voice suggestions, concerns, or complaints
about the service and to independent representation.
