Our Promises to the people we support.

This means access to their own files and the advised option to attend meetings which may concern them.The confidentiality and protection of a service user's private and personal information.
Professional Conduct. The ethos of the service is based on the rights, freedom and responsibilities of the individual. People in Action promote the values of fulfillment, dignity, individuality, emotional experience, choice, privacy and assessed risk taking.
Contracts & Finance. People in Action seek to provide competitive, value for money services, that are financially viable. All services uphold high standards for recording and protection of the service users financial interests.
Complaints Procedure. The right to voice suggestions, concerns, or complaints about the service and to independent representation.
